Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By using SurveyOS, you agree to these terms. SurveyOS is a product of VesselGrade, operated by α Agentic Solutions.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for actions taken under your account. Tenant administrators are responsible for managing users within their tenant.
3. Your content
You own your inspection data, findings, evidence, and reports. We store and process this content only to provide the service. We will not access your tenant content except as required to operate the service, respond to your support requests, or comply with legal obligations.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use SurveyOS to violate laws, violate others' rights, or produce fraudulent reports. Don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sublicense the software. Don't upload evidence you don't have the right to upload.
5. Professional responsibility
SurveyOS is a tool. The professional judgment in any survey or inspection is yours. SurveyOS does not replace marine surveyor certification, licensure, or standards training. Reports generated by SurveyOS are your professional work product; you are responsible for their accuracy and suitability.
6. Fees and billing
Fees are as listed on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact support.
7. Warranty and liability
SurveyOS is provided "as is." We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and security. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You can terminate at any time. We may terminate accounts for acceptable-use violations, non-payment, or at our discretion with 30 days notice. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it's deleted.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

This is a placeholder agreement suitable for early-stage product launch. Before taking substantial customer volume, SurveyOS will retain counsel for a full MSA, DPA, and jurisdiction-specific terms review.
